v2.2 introduces a 'Label' option to the Status plugin section, enabling dashboard authors to customise the labels of objects in status sections, so that the object names are easier to read and recognise, and they fit on the screen.

This can be particularly useful for showing the server name for SQL databases by using the 'name (path)' option.


This is often used alongside the Sort and Group options, see How to use Sort by and Group by to sort objects in Status sections.
