Most plugins are installed with the Squared Up product installation, but you may need to install an additional plugin, for example the Web Content (iframe), SQL or Server KPI plugins which are not installed by default, see How to install the Squared Up plugins
Troubleshooting plugin installation
1. Check the plugin folder structure is correct, see screenshot above. There must be additional no sub-folders. It is the extracted plugin folder that must be in the 'Plugins' folder, not the .ZIP file.
2. Check that the plugin folder has not been renamed.
3. Re-run update.bat and check it has run without errors. This needs administrator permissions and the Squared Up application will restart:
If you see any errors check that you are running it with administrator permissions and see this article: "Access is denied. Failed to access bin directory" when running update.bat
4. Check that you are running the latest version of Squared Up. Click here to download the latest version of Squared Up.
