When drilling down into some alerts the company knowledge content is being displayed in a foreign language. An example of this can be seen below;


This issue is a result of downloading additional language packs of a management pack, this often occurs from downloading the top level view of the management pack which contains multiple language packs.


You will need to remove the additional language packs that you may have downloaded along with your management pack. You should be able to identify these language packs by their language codes.

To check that this has removed all additional language packs you can run the following PowerShell command, 
Get-SCOMManagementPack | where{$_.defaultlanguagecode -notlike "*ENU*"}
